Forgot My Password

If you've forgotten your LEGO® ID password, click the LOGIN link next to LEGO ID in the header. From the LEGO ID popup, click "Forgot your password?" in the lower left corner and follow the instructions.

Updating My Information

To update your account information, you must be signed in to your account. Click the Login link next to LEGO ID in the header to sign in.

To edit your address:

  1. Sign in.

  2. Go to the My Account page by clicking Account at the top of the screen.

  3. Click My Address Book.

  4. Locate the address you wish to change.

  5. Click the Edit link under the address you wish to edit.

  6. Update the information.

  7. Click Save Address.

To add an address:

  1. Sign in.

  2. Go to the My Account page by clicking Account at the top of the screen.

  3. Click My Address Book.

  4. Click the Add button.

  5. Type the new address.

  6. Click Save Address.

Please note: Billing addresses can only be added by placing an order through the LEGO Education website. After an order is submitted, your address will appear in My Address Book.

To delete an address:

  1. Sign in.

  2. Go to the My Account page by clicking Account at the top of the screen.

  3. Click My Address Book.

  4. Locate the address you wish to delete in your address book.

  5. Click the Delete link under the address you wish to delete.

Please note: You will always have one private billing address that you can edit, but not delete.

To use different "bill to" and "ship to" names and addresses on an order:
If your order will bill to one entity and ship to another, please enter these details during the checkout process.

  1. When you check out, enter your billing information.

  2. In the Shipping Information column, click the "My shipping address will be different from the billing address" box.

  3. Select a previously entered shipping address or click the Add button and add a new shipping address.

  4. Click Next to review your address selections and pay for your order.

To subscribe to a newsletter:

  1. Type your email into the LEGO Education News field in the blue bar at bottom of any page.

  2. Type your e-mail address in the white box and click Sign Up.

  3. Complete the form and click Submit.
