When Will My Order Ship?
In-stock items will normally ship from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of your completed order. (Orders placed after business hours on Fridays, during the weekend, or on holidays normally ship the next business day.) When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with your tracking number. This email is generally sent around 5:30 p.m. central time. The carrier takes it from there. Most orders are delivered within five business days of order placement.

Shipping Time for Standard Ground Delivery
LEGO® Education distribution center centrally located in Romeoville, Illinois - making ground delivery as fast as expedited shipping for parts of the country. Areas on the map matching “1 Day” in the map key can be delivered in one business day, areas matching “2 Days” in two business days, and so forth. Processing the order can take up to 48 hours – though most are processed the same day they are received.
Shipping Outside of the US
LEGO® Education North America is the distributor for LEGO Education products within the United States. Generally, our products are not to be shipped or resold outside the US. However, we can ship to locations outside the United States under special circumstances.
If you are located in one of the US Territories listed below, please note we can process the order only AFTER you approve estimated shipping charges. Upon receiving your order, we will contact you via email with an estimate of the shipping charges. You must indicate your acceptance of these charges by replying to our email message. Otherwise, we will not process your order.
